About Us
At Established Brother’s House of Purpose & Hope, our mission was born not just from an idea — but from lived experience.
Founded by Sidney Eastland and Jasmine Lucas, an uncle and niece duo, this home was created out of a deep understanding of what it truly means to face trauma, endure life setbacks, and attempt to rebuild when everything feels uncertain. Both Sidney and Jasmine have experienced their own personal hardships and know firsthand how challenging it can be to put your life back together — even when you do have support.
That understanding led to an even greater realization:
If it’s difficult to rebuild your life with help…
how much harder must it be to do it alone?
Motivated by this truth, Sidney and Jasmine came together with a shared purpose — to give back in a meaningful way by creating a safe, structured environment for men who are facing the same types of struggles they once had to overcome themselves. Their goal was simple but powerful: provide a stable, clean, and affordable place where individuals can focus on healing, growth, and long-term recovery without the distractions or pressures that often lead to relapse or setbacks.
Established Brother’s House of Purpose & Hope is more than just a place to stay — it’s a drug-free home designed to offer comfort, dignity, and encouragement to men who are working to reestablish their lives after incarceration, addiction, or other major life challenges.
Here, residents are not judged by where they’ve been — but supported for where they’re going.
We believe that with the right environment, the right support system, and access to the right tools, lasting change is possible. Our home was built on compassion, understanding, and the belief that everyone deserves a second chance in a place that feels safe enough to pursue it.
Together, we are committed to helping men rebuild their foundation, rediscover their purpose, and move forward with hope.
